Areas of Expertise

Anxiety and stress management; life transitions; crisis intervention; behavioral health assessment; coping skills; emotional regulation; relationship and interpersonal concerns; severe mental illness; suicide risk assessment and safety planning; clinical supervision and professional development.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized to each person’s needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. I believe therapy should provide a supportive space for clients to better understand themselves while also developing concrete tools they can use outside of sessions. I strive to balance compassion, accountability, and achievable goals so that clients can recognize their strengths, strengthen coping and emotional regulation skills, and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
