Our Practice
Webwell Group, PLLC is a practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health and wellness services in Richmond, TX, and virtually throughout the state. We prioritize clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
We are looking for an LPC-Associate who is ready to move beyond the traditional agency environment and function as an entrepreneurial clinician within our established infrastructure. This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for the clinician who wants the autonomy of private practice while utilizing the operational structure and administrative support of an established group.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered, you must hold a valid and active Texas LPC-Associate license along with a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related clinical field. You are required to maintain professional liability insurance with $1M/$3M limits and demonstrate strong digital literacy, specifically with EHR systems, AI-assisted documentation, and professional social media platforms.
Because this is a self-driven role, it is designed for a clinician who is motivated by the opportunity to build a personal brand and drive their own growth within our infrastructure. You should be comfortable taking a proactive approach to outreach and caseload building in a way that aligns with your professional style. This might include ideas like local networking, professional social media engagement, or community involvement to increase your visibility. To meet professional and regulatory standards, you must be under the guidance of a board-approved supervisor who aligns with our clinical quality standards, pass a background check, and commit to the operational requirements of our Richmond office.
Webwell Group, PLLC is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for our clients and contractors. We welcome applications from all qualified therapists.
Important Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Location
You will have a professional home base at our office suite in Richmond, Texas, which serves as the local anchor for the Webwell brand. This physical presence provides the stability and community recognition needed to ground your clinical identity while you leverage our virtual infrastructure to reach clients throughout the entire state. This model allows you to maintain the tangible security of a brick-and-mortar office while building a virtual practice that can be managed entirely through our secure teletherapy platform.
Schedule
You manage your own calendar and clinical hours through our integrated digital platform. To support your workflow and help grow your presence, our administrative team fields all incoming calls and coordinates initial and ongoing scheduling within the blocks of time you have opened in your calendar. You can utilize the Richmond office for in-person sessions or shift toward a hybrid or fully virtual format.
While your schedule is self-directed, providing at least 10 hours of availability each week allows the administrative team to effectively process incoming leads as they arrive. To ensure the clinical collaboration remains sustainable and covers the shared infrastructure costs, we look for clinicians who maintain a baseline of at least 20 billable sessions per month.
Revenue Sharing
Your income is structured as a revenue share, where you receive 60 percent of the actual fees collected for your clinical services. This 60/40 split is considered to be higher than the industry standard for associates because you are expected to take the lead in building your personal brand and driving your own growth. The 40 percent retained by the practice covers the entirety of our infrastructure: the Richmond office overhead, the full technology suite including the EHR, teletherapy, 24/7 scheduling, billing, and the administrative systems that allow you to focus on your clients.
Caseload and Brand Building
Building your caseload is a self-driven process where you are the primary lead for marketing and outreach. Because you are an associate, you are not individually credentialed with insurance panels – instead, if eligible, you will utilize our established supervisory billing framework to provide services. This allows you to plug into our existing clinical rotation while you focus on localized networking and digital engagement to attract your specific niche of clients to the Webwell brand.
Administrative and Business Responsibilities:
As an independent professional, you are responsible for the delivery of care and the maintenance of clinical records within our EHR system. You manage your own digital calendar and utilize our AI-assisted documentation tools to ensure every client receives the high standard of care associated with the Webwell name. To ensure HIPAA compliance and protect brand integrity, you are responsible for utilizing the practice’s secure internal communication channels and following our established financial and business policies.
Webwell Group, PLLC is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for our clients and contractors. We welcome applications from all qualified therapists.
