Areas of Expertise

My areas of expertise include Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and PTSD, Substance Use and Addiction, Men’s Mental Health, and Relationship and Family Concerns. I provide a practical, supportive, and direct approach focused on helping individuals understand their challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is direct, practical, and person-centered. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and evidence-based interventions to help clients recognize unhealthy patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and build effective coping skills.
