Kristen Ernstberger

Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate Supervised by Nicole Ponce, LPC-S

Introduction

Hi there, and welcome. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, trauma, or seeking to understand how emotional and behavioral patterns impact your life and relationships, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll collaborate to navigate inner challenges and external stressors, using a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where your voice matters and growth is possible. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, it’s about being present with you as you explore your thoughts and emotions, build insight, and develop ways of relating to yourself and others. I believe deeply in the power of curiosity, compassion, and connection, and welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities.
