Areas of Expertise

Among other areas, my specialties include working with adolescent and adult clients with career/academic guidance, relationships, parenting, maladaptive eating behaviors (binge eating / compulsive overeating / processed food addiction), and LGBTQIA+ related issues.

Therapeutic Approach

I tend to be relaxed (easy-going), accepting, and have a positive and encouraging attitude that will guide the work we do together. My supportive approach is genuine – real – and you will likely find that I focus on practical solutions. Taking responsibility where appropriate, acknowledging and validating the concerns of what we can’t change, and setting goals and establishing a plan for what we can is part of how we will work together to build the present and future you desire.
